Gold Sponsor

During Event

Gold sponsor’s logo shall appear, and the branding of the gold sponsor will be promoted in all forms of published media (e.g. event hall LED noticeboard, website, social media, stage LED screen, program handbook, etc.).
Gold sponsor’s company profile poster (provided by the company) will be promoted at official social media.
Gold sponsor is entitled up to a maximum of 120 seconds (2 minutes) advertisement video to be shown on the LED screen and social media. The sponsorship partner should prepare and provide the video before the event date for verification (No sensitive elements are allowed).
An announcement of the gold sponsor shall be done during the opening ceremony and closing ceremony which shall be succeeded by announcement of other sponsors.
Gold sponsor is allowed to bring a maximum of four (4) company representatives to attend the Closing Ceremony and Award Dinner Night.
Gold sponsor’s logo shall appear on event’s t-shirts.
A standard booth (3m x 3m) at site will be provided.
Gold sponsor will be granted a full-page (B5 size) promotional advertisement (provided by the company) in the official event magazine.
Gold sponsor’s company logo (provided by the company) shall be displayed on event banner at the Gold sponsor’s logo shall appear, and the branding of the gold sponsor will be promoted in all forms of published media (e.g. event hall LED noticeboard, website, social media, stage LED screen, program handbook, etc.). of the Closing Ceremony and Award Dinner Night.
Gold sponsor will invite as one of the forum speaker.

After event

Industry collaboration discussions with Southern University College (SUC) can be arranged promptly upon request from the company, with utmost priority given to facilitating meaningful partnerships.
Gold sponsor's company details will be promoted on I-RICE official website for a duration of three months.
Gold sponsor will be allowed with minimum surcharge, to conduct private sessions with students, as per desire.
