VestaGo is a one-stop household service platform designed to address information asymmetry, fragmented booking processes, and limited trust in Malaysia’s household services sector. Instead of requiring users to search for different providers through phone calls, messaging applications, or personal recommendations, VestaGo integrates household services into one digital platform.
The platform connects customers with verified service providers and provides transparent service information before booking, including provider profiles, ratings, credentials, service details, pricing information, scheduling and customer reviews. Core service categories include appliance and furniture repair & servicing, house and car cleaning, gas delivery, recycling, health care, pet care, and moving services.
VestaGo introduces several integrated innovations. Its unified account, in-app communication and expense record reduce the fragmentation of traditional booking methods. The Calendar and Flexi-Reschedule function automatically records appointments and allows free rescheduling up to 48 hours before a service. The Flexible Frequency Engine supports one-time or recurring bookings on weekly, monthly or quarterly schedules, encouraging convenient long-term service management. The Health Care hub combines in-home care, healthcare visits and medication delivery, while the Moving service provides structured move planning based on locations, item quantities, photos, vehicle selection and provider profiles.
The platform also strengthens trust through verified provider information, customer ratings, transparent pricing and structured cancellation policies. An Expense Transparency Dashboard records payments and provides monthly spending by category, helping users manage household service expenses.

Invention Technical Description
VestaGo is designed as a cross-platform digital service system consisting of a mobile application frontend, cloud-based infrastructure and a structured service-management database. The proposed system are planned to use a cross-platform framework such as React Native to support iOS and Android from a common codebase. A relational or NoSQL database stores booking records, provider profiles, chat history and expense records, while cloud infrastructure supports scalable operations and service coordination.
The technical workflow begins when a user selects a service category and enters the required service information. The system presents available verified providers together with relevant profile information, ratings, service details and applicable pricing. After the user selects a provider, date and time, the booking is recorded digitally and the assigned provider becomes accessible through the in-app chat. Location-based routing supports time-sensitive services such as gas delivery and moving.
For appliance and furniture repair, users submit an issue description and photographs before inspection. A RM30 inspection fee is applied and waived when the customer proceeds with the recommended repair.
