Platinum Sponsor

During Event

Platinum sponsor’s logo shall appear, and the branding of the platinum sponsor will be promoted in all forms of published media (e.g. event hall LED noticeboard, website, social media, stage LED screen, program handbook, etc.).
Platinum sponsor’s company profile poster (provided by the company) will be promoted at official social media.
Platinum sponsor is entitled up to a maximum of 3-minutes advertisement video to be shown on the event hall LED screen (if applicable), I-RICE official website and social media. The sponsorship partner should prepare and provide the video before the event date for verification (No sensitive elements are allowed).
The Platinum Sponsor shall receive primary announcements during the event ceremonies. A representative from the sponsor will be invited on stage as a presenter for a 10-minutes promotional slot. All promotional materials must be prepared and submitted prior to the event for final approval.
Platinum sponsor is allowed to bring a maximum of five (5) company representatives to attend the Award Dinner Night.
Distribution of the product promotion brochure (provided by the company) shall take place at the reception counter of the event hall, upon request from the company.
Platinum sponsor’s logo shall appear on event’s T-shirts and the event’s certificate as part of the award partners.
Platinum sponsor shall receive five (5) pieces of event T-shirts.
A standard booth (5m x 3m) at site will be provided.
Platinum sponsor will be granted two full-page (B5 size) promotional advertisement (content provided by the company) in the official event magazine.
Platinum sponsor’s company logo (provided by the company) shall be displayed on event banner at the main entrance of the Award Dinner Night premises with the highest priority.

After Event

Industry collaboration discussions with Southern University College (SUC) can be arranged promptly upon request from the company, with utmost priority given to facilitating meaningful partnerships.
Platinum sponsor's company details will be promoted on I-RICE official website for a duration of six months.
Platinum sponsor will be allowed with no surcharge, to conduct private sessions with students, as per desire.
